Anthony S. Faucidiary entry
Supreme Court with Chief Justice Roberts pulling an amazing maneuver actually confirms the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, but calls the Individual Mandate a “tax”. Everyone thought that he would be the deciding vote against, but he was the deciding vote for the Law. Nonetheless, by calling the mandate a “tax” he makes Obama look bad since Obama has always insisted that it was not a tax.
