108 people appear by name in the released correspondence, as senders or recipients of the 124 messages. Each has a page listing their threads and every diary entry that names them. Addresses appear exactly as released; where the releasing body redacted one it shows as •••.

Correspondents are shown as initials rather than photographs, deliberately: most people here are working civil servants rather than public figures.
