Global USA Things turning around with all parameters starting to come down even though things are still bad: There is now considerable confusion about exactly who should get the boost. We know what the general categories are; however, when people ask exactly who within these categories should get vaccinated there is lack of clarity. For example, when you say people with underlying conditions, exactly what are those underlying conditions. It is found somewhere on the CDC website, but it is very difficult to find and it does not very succinctly tell you what these conditions are. For example, of the underlying conditions we always talk about the fact that obesity is very importan in that regard .
